Job Summary
We are hiring an enthusiastic Medical Laboratory Scientist (Sales Specialist) to lead the promotion and sales of diagnostic products in Kwara State. The successful candidate will serve as the technical sales representative combining lab expertise with strong business communication to drive revenue growth across the state.
The ideal candidate will be based in Kwara and understand the healthcare ecosystem within Ilorin and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and convert prospects in hospitals laboratories and clinics across Kwara.
Deliver product demonstrations tailored to the needs of each client.
Support healthcare providers with post-sale training and product usage guidance.
Achieve defined sales targets and maintain client satisfaction.
Keep abreast of local competitor activities and provide insights to the sales team.
Requirements
Qualifications
BMLS or equivalent in a related field.
Current MLSCN license.
2 4 years of experience in a medical lab environment.
At least 1 year of sales product training or customer service in healthcare is preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Willing to travel across Kwara State for client meetings.
