The Program Manager is responsible for managing a collection of projects at the program level while simultaneously leading crossfunctional teams in the planning direction and of projects to drive efficiency and enhance overall performance to plan. This person will ensure clear communication with stakeholders in manufacturing quality engineering product development process technologies and regulatory to ensure value stream performance to support Process Technologies Sustaining and NPI projects in Tissue Technologies.
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required for his position.
BS Degree required; in Engineering Physical or Life Sciences desired.
PMP Certification preferred
7 years of experience in functional area and/or project/program management is required
Experience leading crossfunctional teams and programs.
Experience with medical products preferred.
Experienced with ISO FDA and MDR quality systems regulations and medical design and development cycles.
Must possess strong written verbal and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated organizational and communication skills. Must possess strong leadership skills with teamfocused attitude and approach.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office experience required.
Must be located in Princeton or willing to relocate
Ability to utilize a computer personal electronic devices as well as other general office equipment. Strong computer skills are required.
