We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our team in one of todays most exciting technologies. This role will report to Senior Revenue Manager and based in San Jose CA. This is a fully onsite in office role.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Own the RSP process which includes setting up contracts based on the Revenue Checklist in a spreadsheet and ensure that the revenue for each contract is recognized in accordance with ASC 606
- Perform detailed analysis and provide insight into monthly contract asset and customer deposits fluctuations.
- Engage with Cost team to ensure revenue and cost alignment
- Perform and prepare annual SSP analyses and update related estimates at each reporting period
- Partner with FP&A to provide insight into financial results including assistance with forecasting revenues
- Work with external and internal auditors to provide information required to complete the quarterly/annual audits including SarbanesOxley compliance
- Perform SEC and Management reporting and analyses
- Contribute to process and system improvements in the revenue cycle including ERP system enhancement and departmental projects
Skills and Experience:
- 6 years of revenue experience
- Ability to work in dynamic fast paced fast growing company where adaptability is imperative
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal abilities
- Ability to build relationships across all business functions
- Intermediate level Excel skills
- CPA is a plus
- Experience with financial systems Oracle Revenue software is a plus
- Prior experience with combined hardware and software industry
Education:
- BS in Accounting or Finance
