Associate Partner Communications Media and Technology Practice Infosys Consulting
Infosys Consulting is seeking an experienced Associate Partner candidate to join the leadership team of our North AmericanCommunications Media and Technology (CMT) practice.
About the Role:
You will be part of the North American leadership team for theCMT sector working with current consulting leadership and sales to execute on growth and delivery strategies and helping to recruit and build high performing teams. You will also lead or participate on client teams that will be responsible for problem definition solution design development and deployment for major transformation initiatives.
As a thought leader in the CMT industry you will be a key advisor to solution design reviews and will be on point to help clients define and realize expected value through transformation initiatives. You will have the opportunity to shape valueadding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the rapidly transforming business model of the utilities industry.

This job requires skills and experience in the following areas:
- Lean Operations Cost optimization and restructuring for communications services providers front office and backoffice operations and IT leveraging technologies such as Automation IoT Blockchain AI/ML Cloud and Big Data
- B2B Growth: Driving revenue increase through new 5G enabled products and services launch customer retention with crosssell and upsell strategy and creating new partner ecosystem for platformbased business models
- Digital Experience: Omnichannel experience management for consumers and enterprise customers
- Leadership of complex business transformation programs.
- Project employing a global delivery model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides senior leadership for major transformation programs.
- Ensures excellence in project management and from project managers.
- Serves as trusted advisor to client leadership.
- Serves as mentor to junior staff and participates in firmwide activities that drive knowledge sharing and contribute to firm culture.
- Support account management/sales in business development and sales meetings.
- Work with pursuit teams to develop proposals and present at orals for transformation engagements.
- Develop and mentor CMT consultants.
- Provide thought leadership to enhance tools templates and IP for Infosys Consulting.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required.
- U.S. citizens and those already authorized to work in the U.S. Infosys is unable to sponsor visas at this time.
- 12 years of experience in business process consulting or direct industry experience in one of the communications media or entertainment subverticals.
- Strong executive presence with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Passion for transforming our clients businesses to unlock value for their shareholders clients and partners.
- Ability to travel up to 4 days a week to multiple local state and/or national client locations.
- Ability to work as part of a crosscultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with a toptier consulting organization.
- Advanced degree from toptier university.
