Client
An ICG client is looking foran IT service and process design lead consultant(senior consultant/manager level) to include in a tender for the development of a technology services target operating model transitional implementation planning and business readiness preparations for a government client.
- Provide support for development of service delivery models process models system & tool usage SLAs risk controls and migration plans for a target operating model design & implementation planning engagement.
- Service delivery models (who what where how)
- Partnership & ecosystem engagement models
- Process models (likely based on ITIL or similar)
- Process/service design
- Competencies capabilities definition & gap assessment
- FTE determination
- Process Metrics SLA & KPI definition
- Risk identification and control design
- Review of testing use cases and regimes
- Migration implementation planning
Skills and experience required:
- Human capital management structural org design expertise
- Change management workforce transition preparation
- Target operating model development
- IT services experience
Start date:DecemberDuration:68 Weeks parttime
Rate:Daily rate to the consultant will be up to AUS$1200 depending on level of experience and seniority
