As a key member of the GTM team you will partner with ProductSalesand Marketing to drive GTM strategy positioning and messaging that decreases friction in the buying journey and helps HYCU win with our target customers.
In this role you willbe responsible forknowing our customersmarketand competitors inside and out and will use this knowledge to create customercentric valuefocused messaging positioning and content that makes HYCU stand out in a crowded market.

Location:
- Bangalore Karnataka India (Hybrid; 3 days onsite/2 days remote)
WhatYoullDo:
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that drive adoption revenue growth and customer success
- Develop messaging and marketing initiatives that align with different types of customers and personas (CIOs VPs of IT and Administrators)
- Create compelling shortform content that communicates the technical and business value of our products
- Act as a product evangelist and participate in webinars interviews and briefings
- Develop business cases and support sales with collaterals and presentations
- Plan and execute product launches ensuring crossfunctional alignment and maximizing product visibility and adoption
- Partner with product management to build and deliver enablement content to help Sales easily communicate the value of HYCU to prospects
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities market trends and industry developments toidentify opportunities inform decisionmaking and inform differentiated messaging and positioning
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives using datadriven insights tooptimize performance and drive continuous improvement
WhatWereLooking For:
- 7 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS with a proventrack record of success
- Technical background and willingness to collaborate with product management presales engineers and customer success
- Experience with market research customer segmentation and persona development
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling messaging and narratives that resonate with target audiences
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Willingness to engage with customers and prospects in your area of focus
- Strong presentation skills comfortable presenting in front of internal and external audiences
- Flexibility to work evening hours that overlap with US counterparts
- Bachelors degree in marketing business or a related field; MBA is a plus
ItsGreat if You Have:
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) practices and solutions like Jira Service Management and ServiceNow
- Familiarity with engineering toolchain (Atlassian Suite Azure DevOps Git Repositories etc.
- Experience within data protection cloudnative security data storage industries
- Experience in a fastpaced highgrowth startup
