Job Description
THE ROLE
At Grove we dont just have an HR team we have a People Experience team because thats exactly what they focus on: the entire journey of a Grovers experience with us. Were excited to welcome a PX Generalist to our Elizabethtown PA fulfillment center to support the growth and daily operations of this dynamic warehouse.
As our PX Generalist youll play a key role in overseeing a wide range of activities and programs including employee relations recruiting onboarding payroll benefits compensation team member development and engagement. This peoplecentric role is based fulltime onsite in Etown with a TuesdaySaturday schedule.

WHAT YOULL GET TO DO
- Support a growing fulfillment center in all aspects of Human Resources in close partnership with the Operations leadership team and Senior Manager of People Experience
- Ensure a welcoming and high touch employee engagement experience with timely communication and following up with outcomes
- Partner with leadership on employee relations issues and employee development
- Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resources programs including but not limited to compensation benefits and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity recognition and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development
- Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings terminations and investigations
- Own recruitment activities to support the hiring needs of the warehouse
- Track and maintain leaves of absence workers compensation OSHA reporting
- Review track and document compliance with mandatory and nonmandatory training; this may include safety training antiharassment training and PIT certifications
- Work closely with Team Member committees to plan engagement opportunities
- Assist with processing biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees
- Assist with annual open enrollment process including making group presentations and distributing and receiving materials and forms
ABOUT YOU
- 24 years of Human Resources experience
- Knowledge of Local State and Federal labor laws
- SHRMCP or similar certification is a plus
- Familiarity with Greenhouse (ATS) and ADP (HRIS) is a plus
- A positive service delivery attitude as a company ambassador and employee advocate
- Selfmotivated to work independently to solve problems and create solutions to new or complex challenges
- Strong customer management skills sound judgment with the ability to build trust with employees leadership teams and colleagues at other Grove locations
- Approachable with outstanding communication skills
- Flexible adaptable and open to change
