We are seeking a dedicated Client Service Representative to join our team atNetchex in Covington Louisiana. As a Client Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for our clients providing unparalleled service and support in resolving any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with account inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone email and chat communications
- Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address and resolve complex issues
- Documenting client interactions and maintaining accurate records
