Aboutthe roleand team
We have afantastic opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to join our highperforming Smarter Recovery Solutions practice. The SmarterRecovery Solutions team is a specialised team in our DisputeResolution team who act for a large number of clients and manage ahigh volume practice providing advice and solutions in relation todebt recovery.
We areseeking a fulltime and experienced Paralegal to work with our busyteam in managing their own debt recovery files (withsupervision). The successful candidate will need to befamiliar with court processes and documents have good practicemanagement skills including managing their own billable time.This is exciting role will have direct contact with our clients andwill be highly motivated organised and efficient and workcohesively with our great team.
Aboutyou
You willideally have the following skills and experience:
- 3 years experience as a paralegal (managing files end to end);
- experience in court processes and procedures;
- experience in bankruptcy and winding up applications (ideal but not essential);
- highly organised and ability to prioritise competing tasks;
- strong attention to detail; and
- clear and concise communication skills (written and verbal).
