Position: Real Estate Paralegal

Job Description:
A top-tier law firm is seeking a full-time Real Estate Paralegal to join its office supporting a national Real Estate Practice Group. This position will report to the Practice Group Leader and work under the daily supervision of assigned attorneys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and coordinate due diligence including review of title commitments surveys zoning reports and supporting documentation.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing real estate conveyance and closing documents.
- Manage real estate closings (acquisitions dispositions financings) including checklist management document execution and post-closing assembly of closing books.
- Prepare and file UCC financing statements; review UCC/lien/litigation searches.
- Assist in entity formation and compliance filings.
- Assemble and review officers certificates resolutions organizational documents etc.
- Conduct legal research and reporting as needed.
- Interface with clients and third parties regarding transactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or associate degree with Paralegal certification.
- 5 7 years of commercial real estate experience preferably in a law firm legal department or title company.
- Proficient in title and survey review.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office PDF tools DMS and timekeeping software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
- Discretion with sensitive information is essential.
