What Youll Be Doing:
As a Customer Service Advisor youll be the first point of contact for our customers delivering exceptional support across multiple channels (phone email). Youll handle inquiries efficiently resolve issues and provide product knowledge to ensure a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information about Edenred products and services
Resolve issues and escalate when necessary
Maintain uptodate records using internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs
What Were Looking For:
Previous experience in a customer service role (call centre or officebased ideal)
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
Comfortable working in a fastpaced teamoriented environment
Confident using technology and customer management systems
Positive attitude and customerfirst mindset
