Job Description
HR Services Specialist (f/m/d)
Workload: 80-100%
Join us on an exciting journey to support the establishment of HR Global Services in Cluj! As an HR Services Specialist you will contribute to the efficient handling of administrative and standardized HR processes ensuring excellence in service delivery and operational efficiency.
What you will do:
- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors).
- Provide guidance on HR self-service tools and processes.
- Manage 1st Level HR queries triage requests and monitor shared inboxes.
- Administer employee lifecycle processes (e.g. anniversaries childcare contributions).
- Ensure proper documentation filing of digital personnel records and data accuracy.
- Participate in HR process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
What you bring & who you are:
- Commercial or administrative education with additional HR training (e.g. HR certificate).
- Experience in HR administration or shared services environments.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools (e.g. SAP HCM SuccessFactors).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- Reliable structured and service-oriented mindset with a hands-on attitude.
- A collaborative team player with a sense of responsibility.
