Job Description

A wellestablished law firm is seeking aLitigation Attorneywith 3 to 6 years of experience to join its team in multiple offices. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney with strong litigation skills to work on complex commercial disputes and whitecollar defense cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of general commercial litigation including contract and business disputes.
  • Conduct legal research draft motions and prepare memoranda.
  • Manage discovery depositions and court filings.
  • Assist in whitecollar defense matters and related litigation strategies.
  • Work closely with partners and clients to develop case strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in the state where the office is located.
  • 36 years of experience in general commercial litigation.
  • Strong research and writing skills with a solid academic record.
  • Clerkship or trial experience preferred.
  • Large law firm experience strongly preferred.
