Job Description

Our client is a global law firm and has been practicing for over 100 years. They seek an associate with 4-6 years of litigation experience to join the Firms Commercial Litigation practice group in either Los Angeles or Century City. (Hybrid)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Experience drafting briefs and motions handling fact and expert discovery and engaging in deposition and trial preparation.
  • Strong interpersonal communication research analysis and writing skills as well as a track record of academic and professional excellence.
  • Assume significant responsibility in the management of your matters and to take on a front-facing role with clients opposing counsel and the courts.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.
  • Bar membership active and in good standing in the jurisdiction (Illinois) where you are practicing is also required.
  • To be considered you must submit a cover letter resume law school transcript and a writing sample.

Salary range is $310000 - $390000 dependent on experience and qualifications. Plus a full range of benefits for you and your eligible dependents.
