We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Lead specializing in Lightning Web Components (LWC) development located in Hyderabad. This fulltime role involves leveraging expertise in Salesforce technologies to drive innovative solutions. The candidate will lead technical teams and work with stakeholders to ensure the successful development and implementation of Salesforce applications enhancing business processes and solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in Salesforce LWC development contributing to efficient development workflows and userfriendly interfaces.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Apex enabling custom business logic development and enhancement of application functionality.
- Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce Lightning Design System ensuring applications are consistent with Salesforces design guidelines.
- Experience in Salesforce Integration facilitating seamless communication between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
- Expertise in Salesforce Configuration ensuring solutions are tailored and aligned with specific business needs.
- Ability to customize Salesforce applications and extend their capabilities through proven customization skills.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Data Modeling capable of designing scalable and efficient data models to support business processes.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Community Cloud developing customercentric communities to enhance engagement and collaboration.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the design and development of Salesforce applications with a focus on LWC ensuring quality and scalability of solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a collaborative team environment to achieve project objectives.
- Implement best practices for Salesforce development improving code quality efficiency and maintainability.
- Conduct integration and system testing troubleshooting issues and ensuring seamless deployment of applications.
- Participate in code reviews providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to organizational coding standards.
- Continuously explore new Salesforce features and functionalities to recommend and implement enhancements in existing processes.
- Provide expert technical support and develop documentation to facilitate user adoption and understanding of Salesforce solutions.
