Blended process opening for Customer support role in a leading MNC BPS in kolkata location
- Job Title: Blended Process (Semi voice)
- Company Location: Kolkata
- Job Type: FullTime
- Salary:
- Fresher: 15000 inhand
- Experience (up to 1 year): 20000 CTC
- Job Overview:
- A leading MNC is seeking candidates for a NonVoice Blended Process for the E Commerce Project. This role offers an exciting opportunity in a fastpaced environment and welcomes applications from both undergraduate and graduate candidates. A VERSANT score of 40 or above is preferred.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries concerns and requests through email and chat support. Providing excellent nonvoice customer service in a timely manner. Ensuring high levels of accuracy and professionalism in communication. Resolving customer queries related to products and services. Collaborating with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and business objectives.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Mandatory VERSANT score of 40.
- Undergraduate/Graduate (UG/Grad) candidates are eligible to apply.
- Good communication skills.
