Senior Product Manager
12 month max term Fulltime
Location: Sydney Barangaroo (Hybrid Work Model)
How will I help
You will join the Consumer Finance Line of Businessthat is accountable for delivery and product management of our Personal Loan product with a goal to maximise profitability and business growth for the Personal Loans book. Youwill contribute to our strategic roadmap ensuring our product offering is best in class driving the right outcomes for our customers and developing relevant and innovative propositions focused on growing the portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing Product strategy and roadmaps based on thorough market and customer research and bringing your vision to life.
- Creating business cases for new products or propositions and lead the funding process for Personal Loans book.
- Delivering new product development to market and ongoing maintenance to keep the existing product relevant and competitive.
- Monitoring ongoing product performance designing and delivering growth initiatives to drive profitability and market share for the Personal Loans Book.
- Delivering Price changes by working closely with the Pricing team on Price analysis and owning the governance and system component.
- Developing plans to solve customer pain points and NPS themes.
- Building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver new propositions to achieve key growth outcomes.
- Maintaining high Product Governance standards and effective risk mitigation and control mechanisms for the Personal Loans book.
- Be a subject matter expert and use indepth knowledge of Personal Loans product to provide input and support change initiatives across the value chain.

What do I need
To excel in this role you will need:
- You must have an understanding of the Lending process.
- You will have experience inendtoendproduct managementfrom ability to design strategy roadmaps to delivery and maintenance.
- Youmusthave apassion for solving customer pain points and business challenges through innovative solutions.
- Youll have product management discipline primarily around P&L management and strong commercial acumen to drive tangible results.
- Youll use your analytical and strategic mindset to develop compelling propositions to grow the portfolio.
- Building strong relationships comes second nature to you your excellent communication skills mean you thrive working in parallel with cross functional teams.
Essential:
- 7 years experience in Financial Services or Product Management within the Credit Card or Lending industry.
- Demonstrated continuous experience in product management function
- Tertiary qualifications in business finance accounting commerce or related discipline
- Extensive skills in effective problem solving and decision making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Influencing and relationship building skills
