OCU Group a renowned leader in Water & Wastewater projects and framework delivery has been a trusted partner for top water companies for over two decades. Due to sustained growth and expansion within the water sector we have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager experienced with M&E and Water to come and join our team based in North Wales.

What youll be doing
- Lead project execution for large Water projects monitoring progress managing changes and addressing issues or conflicts to ensure project milestones are achieved and deliverables meet quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients internal teams subcontractors and other stakeholders fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication to align expectations and resolve issues.
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings status updates objective whilst providing leadership guidance and direction to project teams including project managers engineers and support staff fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Conduct regular quality inspections audits and reviews to assess compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage project budgets forecasts and financial performance tracking expenses revenue and profitability throughout the project lifecycle.
What we need
- We are looking for a customer focused community minded environmentally / sustainability focused Project Manager.
- Champion safe reliable project execution always.
- Proven experience and reputation of leading and managing large M&E/ Water projects with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies tools and best practices with relevant certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent.
- Previous experience in client-facing roles and managing client relationships is advantageous.
