Classic Ford Lincoln of Shelby is a reputable and customerfocused automotive dealership offering an exceptional experience to all our clients. We take pride in delivering outstanding service and highquality vehicles and were looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Business Development Manager to help drive our sales success.
As a Business Development Manager you will play a key role in driving sales by managing leads and setting appointments for our sales team. Youll be the first point of contact for potential customers guiding them through the initial steps of their carbuying journey. Your primary focus will be to generate highquality appointments for our sales team ensuring they are equipped to convert leads into loyal customers.
Lead Management: Handle incoming leads from various channels (phone web social media) and respond promptly with the goal of securing appointments for the sales team.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads ensuring high conversion rates.
Customer Interaction: Build rapport with customers through phone calls emails and texts to understand their needs and preferences.
Followup: Engage in followup calls to ensure leads are nurtured and appointments are kept.
CRM Management: Accurately enter and maintain lead data in the dealerships CRM system to track appointments and followups.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and management to optimize lead handling and appointmentsetting processes.
Sales Support: Provide any necessary support to the sales team to help them close deals effectively.
Proven experience in sales lead generation or appointment setting (automotive industry experience is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fastpaced environment.
Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools.
A positive goaloriented attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Ability to work well in a team setting.
High school diploma or equivalent.
