Job Description

Profile: Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive you will play a crucial role in our growth. Your primary role will be to provide our specialized software solutions to lending companies. You will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads understanding client needs and effectively closing sales deals. If you have a passion for technology finance and sales and youre excited about helping lending companies thrive with our software solutions.

What will you do:

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients within the NBFC sector and proactively generate leads through various channels including cold calls email campaigns and social media.

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients by providing them with in-depth knowledge of our lending software solutions. Understand their specific needs and tailor product presentations accordingly.

  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the features benefits and industry applications of our lending software solutions to effectively communicate their value to clients.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy which includes setting targets managing a sales pipeline and tracking key performance metrics.

  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients addressing any concerns or objections and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.

  • Client Follow-up: Continuously follow up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with our solutions address any post-sale concerns and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services.

  • Management: Utilize tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records track sales activities and manage lead pipelines.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends competitive products and changes in regulations that may impact our software offerings.

  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports forecast revenue and provide insights and recommendations to the team.

  • Proposal & Document Drafting: Assist in creating impactful proposals NDAs and MSAs.

  • RFP Coordination: Manage responses to Requests for Proposals in collaboration with cross-functional teams

  • Sales Collateral Management: Keep our pitch decks brochures and case studies organized and up to date.

  • Meeting Documentation: Draft Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) and ensure clear communication across stakeholders.

Promoter Profile

Mudit Jain is the CEO and Founder of Synoriq. He is an IIT Bombay Alumni with experience of 12 years of working with various banks HFCs and NFCs. He served as the Country Head for Finmechanics at a very young age of 24. He has also worked with PwC and Diamond Consulting after graduating from IIT Bombay. Before starting Synoriq he was the co-founder of Qriyo - India s first managed home tuition app.







Requirements

Apply if you have:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.

  • Proven inside sales experience with a successful track record in selling software solutions preferably in the lending sector.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Proactive results-driven and adaptable to changing market conditions.

  • Knowledge of the lending industry and financial technology trends is a plus.

  • Enjoy collaborating with people and are curious about how SaaS products work.

  • A strong intention to build a long-term career in business development
