We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Inbound Customer Service Representative (Scheduling) to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include scheduling trips managing reservations and providing accurate information about transit schedules to our passengers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Efficiently takes customer calls for information on transit services and schedules requested trip reservations during operating hours.

Constant period of hearing near and far acuity depth perception color vision.
Frequent periods of speaking and sitting.

Oneyear experience in a customer service environment. Call Center experience preferred but not required.
