About The Role

Join QVC Groups dynamic Talent Acquisition team and transform how we attract exceptional talent! Were looking for a strategic talent acquisition leader who will revolutionize our approach to finding and securing top talent across our organization.

As a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition youll lead a highperforming team while directly partnering with senior business leaders to drive our talent strategy forward. You will develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies that align with our business objectives while building a worldclass talent acquisition function. Youll be responsible for leading a team of recruiting professionals establishing best practices and serving as a trusted talent advisor to senior leadership. This role offers the perfect blend of strategic leadership and handson talent acquisition expertise.

What You Will Do

• Lead with Vision: Develop departmental plans and establish guidelines for the talent acquisition team ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and goals

• Drive Team Excellence: Provide leadership to managers and recruiting professionals building capabilities and promoting a culture that challenges the status quo

• Transform Recruiting Operations: Identify and implement process improvements optimize recruiting technologies and analyze metrics to enhance team productivity

• Partner with Business Leaders: Build strategic partnerships with senior leadership providing labor market insights and innovative recruiting approaches

• Deliver Recruitment Results: Personally handle complex or strategic recruitment assignments demonstrating best practices while serving as a model talent advisor for complex searches

• Champion Innovation: Lead customercentric transformation efforts incorporating market insights into talent strategy development

• Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor industry developments and adjust strategies to address changing talent landscapes

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree required; Masters degree in HR Business or related field preferred

• 8 years of talent acquisition experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruiting strategies

• Strong business acumen with ability to translate talent market trends into strategic recommendations

• Excellent people management skills with demonstrated ability to develop and inspire recruiting teams

• Strategic thinking with ability to balance shortterm demands with longterm organizational needs

• Experience implementing and optimizing recruiting technologies

• SHRM HRCI or talent acquisition certifications strongly preferred
