Job Description
Job title : Sr Data Engineer
Location: Mountain View CA-Hybrid
Duration: 12 Months
Roles & Responsibilities :
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Design and implement scalable high-performance data processing pipelines using Python Amazon Redshift and Apache Spark.
Manage AWS resources effectively ensuring security and efficiency through AWS IAM Amazon S3 and AWS Glue ETL.
Optimize data storage and retrieval processes enhancing system performance and reliability.
Develop and maintain robust ETL processes integrating AWS Glue ETL for seamless data transformation and loading.
Ensure data integrity and quality implementing best practices in data management and processing.
Participate in the entire Product Lifecycle Management contributing to the development deployment and maintenance of products.
Stay abreast of the latest AWS features and services incorporating them into solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Implement risk management strategies safeguarding data and systems against potential threats.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development and deployment processes embracing AWS DevOps principles.
Qualifications
Proven experience with SQL Python Amazon Redshift Apache Spark (Pyspark) AWS IAM Amazon S3 and AWS Glue ETL is mandatory.
Good to have knowledge on data modelling skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
