Job Description
- Contract Management:
- Draft review and negotiate a variety of contracts including supplier agreements customer contracts and service agreements.
- Ensure that all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local national and international laws and regulations applicable to the manufacturing industry.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and manage any legal issues related to compliance.
- Legal Advice and Support:
- Provide legal advice to various departments on a wide range of legal issues.
- Assist in the development of legal strategies and policies.
- Dispute Resolution:
- Manage and resolve legal disputes and litigation involving the company.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Corporate Governance:
- Assist in maintaining corporate records and ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements.
- Support the preparation and management of board meetings and shareholder meetings.
- Risk Management:
- Identify and assess legal risks associated with business activities.
- Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.
- Training and Awareness:
- Conduct training sessions for employees on legal topics such as compliance anti-bribery and intellectual property.
