Are you an ambitious and passionate school leader looking for an exciting new challenge Do you have the drive and expertise to make a real difference Highfields Academy are seeking an exceptional Deputy Headteacher to join our dedicated leadership team and help drive outstanding education for our children.
About the Role
As Deputy Headteacher you will play a pivotal role in leading school improvement enhancing teaching and learning and ensuring the best outcomes for every child. You will work closely with the Headteacher and Director of Education supporting the strategic direction of our school while maintaining a strong presence in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead on teaching learning and curriculum development.
Drive school improvement priorities ensuring the highest standards of pupil progress and attainment.
Support and develop staff through coaching mentoring and CPD initiatives.
Play a key role in safeguarding behaviour and inclusion to create a positive learning environment.
Strengthen engagement with parents governors and external partners.
