What is the Purpose of this Role
You will play a pivotal role in setting up and expanding the Institutional Business by working closely & setting up distributors to cultivate clientele and developing new channels. Your efforts will focus on advancing specialized markets such as Pharma Corporate Gifting and HoReCa while driving actionable plans to achieve business objectives and collaborating with crossfunctional teams for comprehensive delivery.

Required:
Minimum Experience of 710 years with atleast 5 years in Institutional Sales/HoReCa with a demonstrated record of building and delivering business growth in Institutions.
Preferred:
Experience of scaling and selling FMCG NonFood in Institutional channel & Corporate/Pharma Gifting.
Experience in setting up distributor network for GeM & Railways.
