Ansell is looking for a Sr. Marketing Specialist eCommerce to join our team in Iselin NJ or Roswell GA!
In this position you will play a vital role in leading all support activities for the Ansell webstore in North America including product development and digital tools exploration. Develop and execute revenue generation plans for the webstore in collaboration with Inside Sales.

What your role will be
- Lead the daytoday operations development and of promotions and enhancements of the Ansell North America Webstore.
- Liaise with Customer Service Logistics IT and transformation departments for all items related to the Webstore.
- Develop a promotional plan in coordination with marketing automation lead and product managers to increase Webstore adoption and run rates.
- Lead meetings with crossfunctional partners to develop programs analyze program results and align on optimization opportunities.
- Brief and coordinate with content lead on the creation of powerful assets driving to eCommerce pages.
- Actively explore tools and technologies that can help accelerate the usage of Webstore and fulfill all the prioritized user stories.
- Improve eCommerce transaction conversation rates consistently over time.
- Ensure eCommerce marketing messages and target market are clear and consistently applied.
- Drive assortment and UI/UX optimization leveraging Salesforce and Fullstory.
- 3 years of Digital Marketing/eCommerce Functional experience.
- BA or BS degree in marketing or commensurate experience.
- Experience with any eCommerce platforms such as Salesforce Shopify Magento etc.
- Digital marketing experience especially within Google Ads & Search Consoles.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and eCommerce channel.
