Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
Busy Landscape Materials Supply yard seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels while efficiently navigating tools such as Google for Business and QuickBooks. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who thrives in a fastpaced environment excels at multitasking and demonstrates initiative in problem solving. Knowledge of landscape supplies (Soil Rock Mulch) is a plus!
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Utilize Google for Business to research information and assist customers effectively.
Manage and update customer records and financial transactions using QuickBooks.
Resolve customer issues efficiently ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Document all customer interactions accurately..
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer service procedures.
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and proactively suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are a plus.
Proficiency in using Google for Business and QuickBooks.
Demonstrated ability to multitask and work efficiently in a highpaced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Quick learner with a capacity to adapt rapidly during onthejob training.
Selfmotivated with a strong sense of initiative and problemsolving skills
Working Conditions:
This position is based in an office environment however you are expected to be outside in the yard with customers as well.
Open 7 days a week in Spring Summer and Fall Standard business hours 7am 5 pm Saturday 84 Sunday 93 with the possibility of extended hours during peak periods busiest time of year is March thru October.
