Job Description
Job Opening: Field Sales Executive
We are seeking a Fresher Graduate to join our team as a Field Sales Executive at a leading Gold finance company in Chennai. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting client locations for Gold loans sales deals communicating and pitching to customers and ensuring smooth daytoday operations. This role offers a starting salary of 12.7k per month inhand with an increase to 17.5k inhand after 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit client locations for Gold loans sales deals
- Communicate pitch and educate customers about Gold loans
- Check Gold quality and manage documentation processes
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide product training and demonstrations to customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
Requirements:
- Graduation completion is mandatory
- Local candidates in Chennai are eligible for this role
- Maximum age of 27 years
- Fluency in the local language
- Possession of a 2wheeler and driving license (If not already need to obtain it within the first 2 months)
- Willingness to visit client locations for sales and deal closure
- 6 days working with 1 rotational week off
