RPO Recruitments client a wellestablished contractor in Gauteng is currently looking to hire a skilled and qualified Civil and/or Building Estimator who can join their team in Johannesburg as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals blueprints specifications and related documents
- Identifies labour material and time requirements
- Computes costs by analysing labour material and time requirements
Requirements:
- National Diploma in Building/BTech in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Minimum 6 years experience as a Civil and/or Building Estimator in a construction environment
- Construction Estimator Certified (CEC)
- CCS proficiency a must
Benefits:
Salary: R700K R900K CTC per annum negotiable
