36. Managing the technical IT Service Desk team and Infrastructure personnel;
37. Championing innovation and the utilization of technology to grow our performance;
38. Deliver a best in class service to the business;
39. Manage the technology budget;
40. Provide leadership and management of the team both internal and suppliers.
41. Manage all IT purchasing issues.
BSc. Computer Information System/ computer science/ software engineer
7 years experience in networking and IT support
Certificate in MCITP Microsoft Certified IT Professional) is advantage
Certificate in CCNA (Cisco Certified System Associate) is advantage
Certificate in MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solution Export) is advantage
