Job Description
Translation Lead
We are seeking a skilled Translation Lead fluent in English Dari and Pashto to oversee translation accuracy and cultural relevance. This role involves translating documents and providing onsite interpretation services at community support centers.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Translation Lead: $ 90000.00 $110000.00
Pay commensurate with experience.
Full time benefits include Medical Dental Vision 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
Translation Lead Responsibilities Include:
- Review translated materials for accuracy and cultural appropriateness.
- Translate written documents from English to Dari and Pashto.
- Offer onsite interpretation services as needed.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Train junior translators and provide linguistic support.
- Performs other jobrelated duties as assigned
Translation Lead Experience Education Skills Abilities requested:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English Dari and Pashto.
- Experience in translation and interpretation.
- Strong attention to detail and cultural sensitivity.
- Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
- Must pass preemployment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
