Job Description
Summary:
We are hiring a dynamic Technical Program Manager to oversee cross-functional delivery of cloud modernization and compliance programs. This role involves close coordination across Engineering Security and Product to deliver secure scalable FinTech infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Agile execution sprints retrospectives and cross-team deliverables
- Track risks dependencies and blockers across parallel cloud initiatives
- Own roadmap tracking KPIs program dashboards and executive updates
- Collaborate with FinOps Security and Platform teams to align milestones
- Facilitate release planning audit tracking and regulatory deliverables
Required Skills:
- 10 years managing technical programs in Cloud/DevOps/Security domains
- Experience with regulated cloud operations including PCI/SOC readiness and SLAs
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum tools like Jira Confluence Asana
- Proven ability to lead programs involving platform engineering security and compliance
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business leaders
- Understanding of technical architectures CI/CD pipelines and governance enforcement
- Background in supporting digital payments financial APIs or real-time systems is highly desirable
