The Procurement and Admin Executive will be responsible formanaging procurement activities vendor coordination and administrative tasksto ensure smooth office operations. This role requires attention to detailstrong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
KeyResponsibilities:
ProcurementResponsibilities:
Identify and evaluate vendors for office supplies IT equipmentand other requirements.
Process purchase orders negotiate pricing and ensure timelyprocurement.
Maintain records of purchases contracts and agreements.
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
AdministrativeResponsibilities:
Oversee office administration tasks including facility managementand logistics.
Coordinate with internal teams for office maintenance and repairs.
Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment.
Handle travel arrangements event planning and otheradministrative duties.
Maintain and update administrative records and reports.
Required Qualifications& Skills:
Education: Graduate inBusiness Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Experience: 24 years inprocurement administration or a similar role.
Skills:
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of procurement policies and procedures.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
PreferredQualifications:
Prior experience in the NGO sector is an advantage.
Familiarity with ERP or procurement management software
