Key Position Responsibilities & Activities
Beat Revenue Targets
Execute territory sales plan to achieve assigned revenue targets.
Conduct precall/prospecting research and analysis to optimize each sales call and field visit and create opportunities.
Target new and existing accounts to identify sales opportunities for products. Win back dormant customers.
Proactively manage maintain and report on a healthy sale pipeline.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs and expectations are always being met.
Display excellent account management and consultative selling capabilities with new and existing clients.
Maintain and Grow the Database
Ensure accurate customer and opportunity data is held within the CRM. Daily weekly update of CRM.
Routinely monitor and maintain accurate meeting information profile of ongoing pipeline opportunities and revenue commitments to meet/exceed sales revenue objectives.
Ensure regular client contact through phone email and inperson visits.
Deliver Against Activity Metrics
Thoroughly manage client contract negotiations inclusive of product selections pricing and terms and conditions requirements
Ensure the Manager is consistently updated and informed of clients pipeline development challenges and opportunities.
Meet the required KPIs.

Qualifications
At least 34 years of experience in publishing digital products sales media sales across digital and print
Minimum Bachelors/PG degree/MBA.
Highly competitive and resultsdriven proven track record of success.
Powerful verbal and written communication
Selfcritical and capable of handling rejection. Able to take on board constructive advice and criticism.
