Position Summary:
We are looking for a wellorganized and detail orientated individual able to manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment. The position requires multitasking with KSB factories sales team suppliers and customers to generate parts proposals and process parts orders.
Location: Richmond VA (On site)
Qualifications:
- Effective Project Management including managing deadlines identifying stakeholders understanding communicating and achieving goals.
- Time management Aptitude for effectively prioritizing tasks to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Active Learning Able to learn quickly and independently on the job must be a resourceful and proactive problem solver.
- Deductive Reasoning Ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce sensible answers.
- Information recall Understand the significance of new information not only for current and future needs.
- Intuition Identifying and addressing potential problems before they become issues.
- Quality & Productivity Produces work at a fast rate and with high accuracy demonstrate accountability if mistakes occur.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office is required. Experience with ERP system is required.
- Must have strong analytical skills and systematic approach to problem solving.
- Ability to identify parts from drawings and through technical documentation.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to requests for parts quotations from KSB distributors and customer
- Develop skillsets and knowledge for order and quote processing
- Track and record quotes and orders in accordance to inside sales processes
- Participate in projects with and provide support to senior Parts team members
- Maintain effective customer interface through timely and accurate information
- Participate in team and Company development and engagement initiatives
- Act in a business professional manner as a representative of the KSB Brand
- Provide positive value to the KSB Culture and uphold all KSB Values
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Experience:
- High School diploma required
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience required
Drug screening and background checks required. (EOE/M/F/D/V) Drug Free Environment
