About the Role:
As a ServiceAdvisor you will play a vital role in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by providing topnotch customer service and support. You will serve as a crucial link between our customers and our skilled technicians as you accurately determine and communicate their vehicle repair and maintenance needs.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with customers to determine their vehicle service needs and accurately translate their concerns to our service technicians.
- Provide detailed estimates of repair costs and timelines to customers while ensuring transparency and managing their expectations.
- Offer exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries resolving complaints and providing updates on service progress.
- Maintain organized records of customer information service histories and recommendations for future maintenance needs.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately document customers concerns.
- Proficient computer skills including experience with automotive software and systems.
