Job Description
Role Overview
indiagold is looking for an experienced Freelance Field Sales Trainer to design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs for our growing sales team. The trainer will be responsible for equipping field sales teams with the skills knowledge and techniques necessary to drive lead generation sales conversion and customer relationship management. This freelance role requires flexibility with training sessions conducted in multiple locations starting with Delhi and Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver effective sales training programs focusing on lead generation customer acquisition and conversion for indiagolds gold loan products.
- Conduct handson field sales training with a focus on practical application in realworld sales scenarios.
- Train new recruits and current employees on sales techniques product knowledge and customer handling.
- Monitor trainees progress and provide actionable feedback to improve performance.
- Tailor training content to local languages (Marathi preferred) and marketspecific nuances.
- Collaborate with indiagolds management to align training programs with the companys sales strategy and objectives.
- Ensure posttraining evaluation and followup to track improvement and impact on sales performance.
