About MW Energy Continental

MW Energy Continental is a fast-growing distribution and advisory platform unlocking solar and storage potential across the U.S. and Latin America. We combine U.S.-level pricing with local executionoffering logistics training and technical support to empower EPCs and solar installers in emerging markets.

What we are looking for

Were looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who doesnt just follow a script but helps write it. This is an early-stage high-impact role where youll develop the prospecting workflow test outreach strategies and build the sales engine alongside the General Manager.

Youll identify prospects across the U.S. Mexico Puerto Rico and Colombia qualify opportunities and open doors with EPCs developers and solar companies. If youre organized autonomous and hungry to help design and execute a commercial playbook from scratch this role is for you.

Tasks

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Design and execute your own outreach workflow from prospecting to booking
  • Research and qualify inbound and outbound leads using LinkedIn email and calls
  • Build and manage a pipeline of solar EPCs installers and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with marketing to test and improve messaging and targeting
  • Track activity and performance in HubSpot; suggest improvements to sales operations
  • Support development of our first sales playbook: cadences scripts KPIs and reporting

Requirements

What Were Looking For

Education & Background

  • 13 years in outbound sales business development or commercial roles

Experience & Skills

  • Strong written and spoken English (Spanish is a plus)
  • Advanced use of CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce)
  • Experience with lead qualification outbound campaigns or Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Excellent communication research and negotiation skills
  • Autonomous structured and proactive able to create your own systems and workflowsMotivated by results and personal growth in a startup setting
