Job Description
Our Emerging Talent Programs which includes Interns Trainees and Finance Rotational Associates offer unique opportunities for students recent graduates and emerging talent to work alongside the teams that come together to create movies TV shows and other great experiences. These seasonal paid assignments provide meaningful and productive work that builds on your experience and develops your skills further. You will be provided with challenging tasks realworld experience and many educational and social networking opportunities.
This Summer/Fall Trainee position is from May/June through December 12th and all candidates must be able to work 40 hours a week Monday through Friday in person in the specified office location. This position is ideal for entrylevel talent or recent graduates interested in jumpstarting their career in a particular field.
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
The vision of the IT organization is to equip the business with exceptional technology solutions and services that supercharge the creation and distribution of entertainment. The goal of the IT Transformation team is to embody and promote the vision and values while supporting the rest of the IT organization to help achieve SPEs strategic goals. The IT Transformation team works on a variety of initiatives and efforts examples including process optimization change management and supporting strategic initiatives in different capacities. In doing this we partner within and outside of IT with the goal of reducing inefficiencies and delivering more value for SPE.
The IT Transformation team is looking for a Trainee who can help facilitate a portfolio of transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate is an analytical peopleoriented problemsolver who is comfortable navigating ambiguity.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Get up to speed quickly and support different initiatives
- Work with stakeholders across the IT org to understand root causes to issues and determine next steps
- Document and execute action items in partnership with team members and stakeholders
- Assist with meeting coordination consolidating data and producing materials for meeting facilitation
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree
- Strong interest in business analysis and strategy
- Strong written oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to generate presentations and documentation that will facilitate and influence decisionmaking at all levels of an organization
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 12 years work experience in management consulting or business analysis
