Massachusetts certification as School Psychologist2. Masters degree required CAGS in School Psychology preferred3. Three years experience working within a school/clinical setting4. Knowledge of IDEA regulations5. Excellent verbal and written communication skillsDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1.Participates in all aspects of Child Find: referring screening evaluating diagnosing and recommending intervention strategies for students who are atrisk for learning social emotional and behavioral and developmental disabilities.2. Completes all assessments including written reports within timelines mandated by IDEA.3. Consults with administration staff and families regarding interventions and strategies for atrisk students.4. Participates and reports evaluation results to IEP/504 eligibility meetings.5. Participates as a member of the buildingbased Student Support Teams or MTSS as requested.6. Observes students in their learning environments as requested7. Participates in professional development opportunities to stay current with evaluation instruments and tools.8. Consults with other medical/clinical professionals as needed.
