Summary:
Responsible for providing independent Second Line of Defense 2LoD) oversight for the Risk Control SelfAssessment (RCSA) program activities through objective risk assessment effective challenge monitoring and reporting of the Banks Risk Profile to ensure adherence to the program and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong verbal and written communication skills be detail oriented be able to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced dynamic environment can challenge the group think mindset and have an inquisitive nature that allows them to ask probing questions. In order to perform this role a high level of interaction is required with senior leaders and business areas at all levels of the organization and be able to apply critical thinking to review and challenge the information provided.
