Develop and execute a robust strategy for acquiring and managing affluent clients ensuring a strong pipeline of highnetworth individuals (HNWIs).
Collaborate with the product development team to design exclusive financial products and services for the affluent segment.
Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to enhance the growth of the affluent channel.
Sales & Client Relationship Management:
Lead the team in cultivating and maintaining relationships with highnetworth clients ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting nurturing leads conducting meetings closing deals and providing postsales support.
Develop personalized and tailored solutions for clients to meet their financial needs goals and preferences.
Team Management & Leadership:
Lead mentor and develop a team of relationship managers or sales associates in the affluent channel.
Set clear goals targets and performance expectations for team members and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
Ensure team members meet sales targets service level agreements and compliance requirements.
Business Performance & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze the performance of the affluent channel generating detailed reports on sales targets client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Identify key trends competitor activities and customer insights to optimize channel strategy and performance.
Review team performance metrics and ensure high standards are met consistently.
Crossfunctional Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments such as Marketing Risk and Compliance to ensure the successful delivery of affluent channel initiatives.
Provide input on marketing campaigns and branding efforts aimed at the affluent customer segment.
Market Research & Insights:
Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and client needs specific to the affluent segment.
