What You Will Be Doing
- Ensure that guests are warmly welcomed on their arrival to the Restaurant area and check their booking reference/bedroom details are correct liaising with the Restaurant Manager where required
- Escort guests to their table and take beverage orders
- Be knowledgeable of food dishes and drinks offering suggestions and recommendations where necessary
- Ensure billing information is precise and all payment transactions are processed correctly
