Reporting to the Executive Director the Director ofMarketing setsthe strategic direction and oversees project for all MGH RadiologyMarketing efforts.Incumbent identifies opportunities to build broad awareness of and generatedemand for MGH Radiology clinical programs procedures and practices amongreferring physicians and patients.
The Director of Marketing leads the charge tocreate new and innovative Marketing strategies to reach broader customer &consumer audiences. The Director is a strategic thinkerand an excellent communicator who demonstrates an ability to inspire others andbuild effective teams.
This creative position requires strong organizational leadershipand communication skills and excellent written and oral and solid computerskills.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitorschanges to the Radiology marketplace and industry and adjusts marketing plansaccordingly.
Partnerswith other divisions of the Department to deliver high level of customerservice across all brand touch points to referring physician and patientaudiences including participation in departmentwide service improvementmeasurement analysis and plan development efforts.
Conducts ongoing analysis of service performance withdepartmental managers.
Brings forward to department leadership analysis ofreferral trends and opportunities to act upon data
