Who are we looking for
Were looking for aPlannerto join ourDelivery Project Services (DPS)team in Perth Australia.
This role supports the delivery of project planning and progress measurement activities under the guidance of senior planning staff.
Working with an energetic and high performing team this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Support in developing project schedules using tools like Primavera P6.
- Follow GHD standards and procedures under guidance from senior team members.
- Contribute to updating and integrating various planning components into the overall project schedule.
- Assist in tracking and reporting progress in engineering procurement construction and other areas.
- Support the preparation of progress and productivity reports.
- Help maintain planning documentation such as Basis of Schedule and LookAhead Plans.
- Participate in schedule reviews and incorporate approved changes and trends.
- Learn and contribute to the implementation of schedule risk analysis techniques.
- Help consolidate inputs for monthly project status reporting.
What you will bring to the team:
- Degree in Engineering Project Management or a related field
- 15 years relevant experience in planning or project controls roles
- Exposure to planning software (Primavera P6 preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a project controls team
