Senior Supply Chain Analyst/Planner

About:
Were looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Supply Chain Analyst/Planner . This role is instrumental in driving inventory efficiency supporting SIOP processes and improving overall supply chain performance. It combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to improve operational flow customer delivery and working capital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Efficiency: Improve supply chain performance and reduce costs through continuous optimization.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure availability and efficiency.
- Data Analysis: Use forecasting and data analytics to inform demand planning and supply strategies.
- Process Improvement: Lead initiatives focused on lean principles and operational excellence.
- Vendor Coordination: Build strong supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely deliveries.
- KPI Reporting: Generate performance reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with procurement logistics and production teams to align strategies.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks across the supply chain.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5 years in supply chain or planning roles preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook Word PowerPoint Teams).
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and planning databases.
- 3 years in roles such as Supply Chain Analyst Sourcing Specialist or Commodity Buyer.
- Strong knowledge of lean tools: VSM Kaizen 5S etc.
- Skilled in analyzing and improving supply chain processes and data.
Preferred Certifications:
- CPIM CSCP PMP
- Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma Green Belt
