We are looking for anEmail & SMS Marketing Coordinator for ourPunelocation whose attitude skills and work ethic will embody our mission to provide a fantastic customer experience. Somebody who is passionate about AV. We take pride in our employees known in the industry as customerfocused problemsolvers who can get the job done.
What are your responsibilities
- Plan develop and execute targeted email and SMS campaigns for demand generation and event promotion.
- Use advanced segmentation techniques within D365 to reach the right audience.
- Collaborate with the graphics/design team to create visually engaging and mobileresponsive email templates.
- Leverage AI tools to personalize content and optimize send times for better engagement.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve open rates clickthrough rates and conversions.
- Work closely with the event coordinator to ensure alignment between campaign strategies and event goals.
- Ensure all campaigns are compliant with data protection laws and best practices (e.g. GDPR CANSPAM).
- Other tasks as assigned.

Does experience count
- Proven experience in email/SMS marketing preferably using Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience in B2B marketing or technology/AV industry.
- Graphic design or HTML email template skills.
- Strong understanding of segmentation personalization and automation in marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with email marketing best practices and compliance regulations.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools for marketing is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detailoriented with strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data
