The SCC team sits within the Marketing Coordinator Program and is responsible for the service delivery of Social Media services across the region.
The teams focus is on:
Social Amplification & Channel Management:
- Creates and maintains local language social media content calendar - In sync with area and in alignment with global and local content strategy.
- Schedules all social content in Sprinklr and ensures content is correctly tagged.
- Community management replying to comments & private messages received through social.
Social Content & Tools:
- Supports & updates the Area social media calendar. Collates and curates Social Media content. Collaborates on the always-on content strategy and advises on content quality.
- Provides training and onboarding on all content related tools as well as editorial platforms.
Social Listening & Performance:
- Constantly monitors and analyzes online consumer & business conversations using a listening platform (Sprinklr) to understand topics volume and sentiment.
- Creates ad hoc performance and trend reports using both owned performance and earned activity to report on how Microsoft is being represented & engaged with.
Social Advocacy (Emp/Exec):
- Manages MyCompany content/Newsletter Pulse inclusion.
- Monitors profiles daily and flags as needed.
- Schedules and posts on behalf of the team.
Social Paid:
- Supports social organic amplification (boosting) and paid media campaigns including performance tracking planning and posting in Sprinklr.
Qualifications :
Required Competencies and Skills:
- Must be proficient in reading writing and speaking Korean.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral with strong interpersonal abilities. A passion for conversation and customer service.
- Excellent organizational skills including effective time management.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment exercising good judgment and knowing when to escalate issues to team leads.
- A good communicator who can comfortably share ideas with stakeholders. Ability to articulate and evangelize services with stakeholders.
- Analytical thinker with a strong understanding of data to provide insight ensuring we are delivering value.
- Proficiency in project management strategies and tools.
- Ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders work collaboratively and find resolutions to conflicts and issues.
- Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail capable of working with multiple stakeholders to ensure all events are captured accurately.
- Solid understanding of best practice in both social media and response management.
- Strong knowledge and confident use of social media platforms (not limited to Facebook Twitter Instagram YouTube TikTok and LinkedIn) and an awareness of emerging social media platforms and capabilities
- Publishing tool proficiency (Sprinklr experience is a plus)
Required Experience:
- Bachelors degree in marketing Digital Marketing or a related field.
- Has 3-5 years of experience or more in digital marketing or social media marketing and assigned role.
- Experience in client management or stakeholder management
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration
- Experience at an agency (social media or mix) or managing paid social media activity for a large brand; definite experience in reporting and providing actionable insights from social activity performance.
- Preferably experience with a tech brand across both B2B and B2C audiences
- Hands-on experience in multiple social platforms strong knowledge and confident use of their capabilities (Facebook Twitter Instagram YouTube and LinkedIn) and an awareness of emerging social media platforms and capabilities
