Are you passionate about working with children and making a difference in their lives AquaTech Swim is looking for enthusiastic Childrens Swim Instructors to join our dynamic team! Whether youre seasoned in the field or eager to learn we providefully paid trainingto equip you with the skills needed to excel. Training takes place over a 2week period in our Alameda Campus.
We welcome diverse candidateswhether youre a coach performer teacher mentor or simply have a zest for teaching and engaging with kids wed love to connect with you!

Position Details:
- Pay:$25 per hour
- Location:Concord Campus 1220 Diamond Way Concord CA 94520
- Schedule Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 shifts per week including at least one weekend shift
- Shifts Available:
- Mondays to Fridays: 2:30 PM 8:30 PM
- Saturdays & Sundays: 8:30 AM 2:30 PM
What Were Looking For:
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma 18 years old
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record
- Experience in aquatic activities (swimming water polo etc. or a willingness to learn
- Experience in teaching/coaching or a strong desire to develop these skills
- A passion for working with children and promoting fitness and safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse groups
Responsibilities:
- Master and implement AquaTech Swims patented teaching methodology
- Foster a fun safe and supportive learning environment in the water
- Guide students through AquaTech Swims structured level system to ensure progress
